As fans, our ultimate goal is to see our idols in person, and fan meets allow us to fulfill this dream. But with our current situation, I guess that dream will have to take a backseat. 1. Jung Hae In’s One Summer Night Fan Meeting
Date: September 28, 2019
Our bb Jung Hae In spent a night with his fans where he casually downed calamansi juice, showcased his drawing skills, and answered a fan’s letter after she broke up with her boyfriend…because of Hae In.
The Something In The Rain actor first visited Manila in 2018 for his Smile fan meeting at the New Frontier Theater.
2. Park Seo Joon’s Bench Fun Meet
Date: September 29, 2019
It was definitely a wonderful weekend for K-drama fans because right after Hae In, Park Seo Joon arrived in Manila thanks to Bench! Raise your hand if you were late to work the next day.
On a personal note, I’m still kicking myself for being a late PSJ fan and missing this moment, huhu:
3. Cha Eun Woo’s Just One 10 Minute Fan Meeting

To summarize how much we love this event, let’s just say that we need more than ten minutes with Cha Eun Woo—we need five hundred twenty-five thousand six hundred minutes to be exact.

4. Lee Dong Wook’s #LoveKorea Culture & Travel Fiesta

As part of the Korea Tourism Organization-Manila Office’s #LoveKorea campaign, everyone’s favorite Grim Reaper finally came back to the Philippines after 13 years. Alexa, please play Chanyeol and Punch’s “Stay With Me.”
Here’s Lee Dong Wook speaking in ~fluent~ Filipino to make you smile. I think I died for a few seconds when he said “Ang ganda mo.” TY, oppa!
5. Park Bo Gum’s Good Day in Manila Tour
Date: June 22, 2019
Park Bo Gum finally met his Filipino fans for the first time and boy, did it give everyone not just a good day but a good year. Yup, his event is part of our 2019 highlights!
Of course, you can’t miss Bogummy dancing to K-pop songs, like BTS’ “Boy With Luv.” Guess who waived her non-existent ARMY bomb while watching this clip? That would be me.
6. So Ji Sub’s Hello, Manila Fan Meeting
Date: March 16, 2019
Hello from this side, So Ji Sub oppa! The actor’s last stop for his Asia Tour was in Manila and the New Frontier theater was filled to the brim with fans!
Okay, I have been smiling like an idiot for a good five minutes after watching him sing iKon’s “Love Scenario” with Soul Dive.
7. Lee Jong Suk’s Crank Up In Manila Fan Meeting
Date: November 18, 2018
The Big Dome went wild when Lee Jong Suk entered the stage and the crowd kept that energy 'til the end! He played the piano, talked about his K-dramas, and shared how *intense* his kissing scenes were with his W: Two Worlds co-star, Han Hyo Joo.
Some fans even had the chance to shake his hand, hug him, and put a bracelet on his wrist onstage. Everybody say: Sana all.
8. Park Shin Hye’s Flower Of Angel Fun Meet And Concert
Date: July 28, 2017
Park Shin Hye was a total angel when she arrived in the Philippines for her event! Not only was she dazzling during that night, but she also donated all of the proceeds from her event to a Seoul-based charity group. Awww!
Now here’s our angel singing “Love Is Like Snow”, an OST from her hit drama, Pinocchio, which made me believe that she is really sent from above.
9. Park Hyung Sik’s Bench Fun Meet
Date: February 16, 2019
We miss Park Hyung Sik so much, and we can't wait for him to return to acting after he finishes his mandatory military service! Seeing these photos of him during his Bench Fun Meet just made us miss him even more.
Hyung Sik has visited PH a number of times already. In 2017, he held his event, First Love, at the Kia Theatre where he even wore a barong Tagalog and tried Filipino food!
10. Lee Seung Gi’s Vagabond Voyage In Manila
Date: October 12, 2019
It was a dream come true for Filipino Airens (Lee Seung Gi fans) when the Vagabond actor arrived in Manila for his fan meeting!
Our favorite part of the event? When Seung Gi made his own gimbap and gave it to one of his fans, complete with a photo op. Some of them also received pre-loved items from him as a special gift! Ang swerte, ‘no?
11. Lee Sung Kyung’s Be Joyful in Manila
Date: July 27, 2019
For her first fan meeting in Manila, Lee Sung Kyung jumped from the stage to talk to some of her fans and take a photo with them! That’s kween Sung Kyung for you.
We love every bit of her fan event, and the most memorable would be when she danced to BLACKPINK’s “Let’s Kill This Love.” After the event, the actress uploaded a photo of her with gifts from her fans on her Instagram account.
12. Nam Joo Hyuk’s Penshoppe Fancon
Date: July 29, 2018
Together with our Krung Krung, Sandara Park, Nam Joo Hyuk graced the Philippine shores with his presence for a Penshoppe event! The actor was the brand’s ambassador.
In 2017, Joo Hyuk had his first fan meeting titled Private Stage [Close Up] where he teared up after watching a touching video from his fans. Sweet!
13. Ji Soo’s My One And Only Fan Meeting In Manila
Date: February 10, 2018
The best two hours in a Ji Soo fan’s life would be seeing him up close and interacting with him. Have you seen this video of him walking around the venue? Just one word: Wow.
It was a memorable pre-Valentine event that we didn't have to look for a date—all we need to do is to rewatch fan videos of him during his event.
14. Park Hae Jin’s Spark Fan Meeting In Manila
Date: November 23, 2019
During Park Hae Jin’s fan event, the actor tasted some Filipino food including sisig—which he said is best paired with rice! We’re raising our thumbs for that. Meanwhile, here’s one of our fave hosts, Kring Kim, with the Cheese In The Trap actor:

15. Kim Myung Soo’s Come With Me Fan Meeting In Manila
Date: January 12, 2020
The memories are still fresh every time we remember the night when Kim Myung Soo met his PH fans and thanked them for coming to his event!
Myung Soo quickly learned how to speak in Filipino and even greeted the audience with a “Maligayang bagong taon!” From the crowd, there was also a chosen fan whom he sang “Happy birthday” to! Cute!
16. Seo Kang Joon’s The Last Charm Live In Manila
Date: May 25, 2019
For his first Manila fan meeting, Seo Kang Joon mentioned that he would be a chef or dancer if he didn’t become an actor. To highlight that part, he even danced on stage with a fan!
Kang Joon made us all kilig when he sang his rendition of Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud”!
17. Yook Sung Jae’s Paradise Fan Meeting In Manila
Date: July 13, 2018
The BTOB member and Goblin star sang the song “Paradise” during his fan meeting, a track that he penned himself! He was also super adorable on stage, just look at this photo of him with Kring Kim:

18. Lee Min Ho’s Benchsetter Fun Meet
Date: March 21, 2014
The ~king~Lee Min Ho has visited the Philippines a number of times already and we are very, very grateful! In 2014, he held his Bench fan event at the Araneta Coliseum.
Here he is learning our language, while also teaching PH fans about his own! When he said “Pakasalan mo ako”, you bet we eagerly answered: “I do.” LOL!
