Kylie Padilla's recent Instagram post implies that the Kapuso actress might not be in a good place right now.
The post shows a childhood photo of Kylie, smiling and full of excitement. She wrote in the caption, "I got you girl. We'll get that smile back."
Netizens showered her with words of affirmation and support through the comments section.
Kylie Padilla's romantic relationships
Kylie was once married to fellow celebrity Aljur Abrenica. They were married for a couple of years and had two sons together (Axl and Alas) before they separated in 2021.
As they both moved forward and began new relationships, Kylie and Aljur have been open about actively finalizing their annulment papers. As discussions about the Divorce Bill took place in the Philippines, Kylie became one of the celebrities who used their platform to speak up in favor of it.
ICYDK, the process of annulment (in most cases) can take a significant amount of time. For example, Jodi Sta. Maria and Pampi Lacson's annulment case took 13 years before it was finalized. Not only does the process of annulment take a toll on a couple emotionally, it can also set them back quite a bit financially.
However, both Kylie and Aljur have clearly moved on with their lives. She has been very cool about his newfound love with AJ Raval. In fact, Kylie even defended AJ and clarified that she was not the alleged third party that broke their marriage.
In a recent exchange with a netizen, Kylie implied that whatever she experienced with Aljur has already healed. The netizen's comment was filled with Encantadia references, and read, "Oras na para tanggalan mo ng hininga si Aljur. Espadahin mo."
Kylie humorously responded saying, "Healing na ang sugat. Panahon na upang makabalik sa encantadia lol."
ICYMI, Kylie kinda soft-launched her new boyfriend sometime in January 2024. The soft launch came because of a video that Kylie did on TikTok with Francis Simon, the brother of her rumored boyfriend.
The video went: "Sino ba 'yung kasama mo sa mall, 'yung naka-puti (sa video)?" the TikTok user @fjtsimonthemafia, also known as Francis Simon, asked Kylie during the video.
"'Yun ba? 'Yun... 'yung nagpapasaya sa puso ko," Kylie said before laughing because of *kilig*.
A netizen directly asked for confirmation in the comments section, and Francis honestly answered. His brother's name is Jinno John Simon, and he is a tattoo artist.
As of writing, there has been no sighting of Jinno on any of Kylie's social media accounts. Perhaps that's because Kylie now prefers to be private about her love life. In fact, it was in a July 2023 interview with PEP.ph that she first confirmed the happy state of her heart.
"After kasi ng everything, gusto ko na munang i-private 'yun," Kylie told PEP.ph.
However, in March 2023, Kylie's ex-husband Aljur Abrenica expressed his disapproval of Kylie's mystery boyfriend. "Gusto ko talagang malaman kung sino siya, what he's doing sa personal na buhay niya,” Aljur stated. "I’m trying na magtanong kung sino yan. Hindi ko siya kilala, yun ang wino-worry ko ngayon. Basta sa akin, hindi siya okay, sa totoo lang," the actor firmly stated.
We're hoping everything's okay with Kylie!
