Cheers to the newlyweds! Content creator Laureen Uy and her entrepreneur beau Miggy Cruz officially got married in a dreamy beach wedding in Coron, Palawan.
Their wedding held at the Club Paradise resort on April 8, 2024, was attended by their family and closest friends. The longtime couple also organized a welcome dinner the night before their much-awaiting wedding ceremony—and it was such a *fun* night!
Some of their guests like Laureen's closest influencer friends namely Kryz Uy, Camille Co, Bea Fabregas, and more shared the wildest and most fantastic moments from the welcome dinner through their Instagram stories. Actress Kaila Estrada also celebrated with them!
Laureen was wearing a custom Rajo Laurel dress while she was going around insisting that her guests drink more booze. In one of the uploaded videos of Laureen, she was caught saying, "Nag-shot na ba kayo?!"

Wearing a Vivienne Westwood "Galaxy Cape" dress, Laureen looked stunning as she walked down the aisle. Laureen completed her look with a gorgeous Vivienne Westwood pearl choker and of course a clean looking bridal makeup by makeup artist Jelly Eugenio.
According to The Loft's official website, Laureen's wedding gown cost P515,527.28. Add to that the price of her Vivienne Westwood choker which is around P29,000.
PEP.ph's report stated that Laureen chose her wedding gown after falling in love with it ~*at first sight!*~ The 34-year-old fashion and lifestyle influencer shared that she has been looking for the perfect wedding gown since June of 2023.
She has searched through the walls of almost every boutique store not just in the Philippines, but also in Thailand, and even in California and New York, USA. It was when she saw it at The Loft in Hong Kong that she finally decided that it was the gown she's gonna wear for her special day.
"When I tried it on, I felt my best. I felt confident. I felt sexy. I felt beautiful. It was also perfect for a beach wedding, in my opinion," she simply shared.

The couple is known to be one of the coolest couples out there. And TBH, their personality was so evident with how laidback their wedding was.
Laureen's sister, Liz Uy, was the Matron of Honor, and she looked spectacular walking before her sister. Laureen's bridesmaids include Kryz, Camille, Nicole Andersson, Patricia Prieto, and Lissa Kahayon as seen on Camille's IG story.
Another interesting fact about Laureen and Miggy's wedding: content creator Bea Fabregas shared that Laureen cut her hair shorter right after their wedding ceremony! Slaying in a custom Neric Beltran cocktail dress, Laureen sported a straight bob cut during their reception dinner. NGL, she looked gorgeous in every 'fit!
PEP.ph reported that Laureen and Miggy had a simple church wedding in Manila, prior to their grand beach wedding ceremony in Palawan. Laureen has yet to post more snaps from her amazing wedding. But we're telling you that we'll be on the lookout.
