Looks like Liza Soberano has had enough of people bashing her choices to pursue her Hollywood dream.
In a recent social media post on X (formerly Twitter), the actress expressed her frustration with a tabloid for a news story that chronicled the comments of those who mocked her for her career choices.
Responding to the headline, ‘Liza Soberano pinagtawanan ng bashers: ‘Hay naku, kung anu-ano na lang pinaggagagawa mo, nasaan na ang Hollywood dream?’ Liza said she felt her dreams were being belittled.
“What type of journalism is this @inquirerdotnet @banderaphl?? You guys are straight up shitting on a young woman’s dreams in the pursuit of clicks and comments,” she said.
She also called for a reconsideration of media priorities, suggesting there were more important news topics that deserved attention.
“Don’t you guys have more important news to talk about?” she added.

Soberano's tweet sparked discussions on social media, with many of her followers showing support for her stance on chasing dreams.The actress has been open about her aspirations, including her desire to work in Hollywood.
In case you didn’t know, the actress recently revealed she was working on a YouTube series "Liza in Korea," where she will showcase the vibrant culture of South Korea.
She’s also taking language lessons to aid her pursuit of finding more projects in the land of K-drama.
“I personally consider Korea to be the next Hollywood or if not already the new Hollywood. They’re making so much noise in entertainment,” she told PEP.ph in an interview.
