We have just found the perfect rom-com K-drama that we surely enjoy! Love In Contract has made us laugh, wish we were as rich as the characters, and feel nervous, angry, and pitiful in some of the scenes. We also saw a lot of familiar faces in this drama and with that, you know the drill: We're here to help you not stay up all night wondering where you've seen these faces before.
Here are the Love In Contract cast members:
1. Park Min Young as Choi Sang Eun / Jamie
Choi Sang Eun clearly has no intentions of getting married at all. After realizing that marriage is all just business, she decided to make this her job, being the Sang Eun that is committed to maximizing profit and minimizing risk—her personal life being that risk in the marriage business. She is always ready to welcome any husband as her client. Despite having it all, and living a luxurious life, Sang Eun has a dream of going overseas after she retires from the business and dating someone for real.

Park Min Young has always been included in the list of my favorite Korean actresses. She has portrayed many notable roles that showed her versatility as an actress. But I must say, her role as a wealthy woman who does not depend on any man suits her the best! She has appeared in several dramas already but some of her unforgettable shows are When The Weather Is Fine, Her Private Life, What's Wrong With Secretary Kim, Glory Jane, and Sungkyunkwan Scandal.
2. Go Kyung Pyo as Jung Ji Ho
Jung Ji Ho is one of Choi Sang Eun's clients—her best husband client, according to her. He is a wealthy and attractive man with admirable etiquette whose cooking skills are *chef’s kiss* (NGL, his mouthwatering dishes make me want to be a part of the drama so I could just eat)! I guess we could say he’s a 10, but his social skills are lacking. He doesn't talk much, which could sometimes lead to people misunderstanding his actions (such as being accused of committing murder. Yikes!).

Go Kyung Pyo has starred in multiple movies and drama series, ranging from various genres like action and comedy. You may remember him from the coming-of-age drama, Reply 1988, where he portrayed a caring son to his widowed mother, and also a dependable friend. He has also made appearances in the small screens Chicago Typewriter, My Roommate Is A Gumiho, Strongest Deliveryman, and Private Lives. Catch him on the newly released Netflix movie as well, Seoul Vibe!
3. Kim Jae Young as Kang Hae Jin
Kang Hae Jin is a famous actor who only has his eyes (and heart!) fixated on his first love, whom he has not seen for a very long time now. He even named his pet, Jamie, after her and goes on regular video calls with his cat especially when he’s stressed after work. This even led to ridiculous rumors saying he's dating the one he has frequent calls with! He then moves above Jung Ji Ho's unit, hoping to get high security where stalkers won’t be able to harm him and invade his personal space. One incident leads him to meet his first love again, making him more curious about her current life when he saw the wedding ring on her finger.

Kim Jae Young is one of those actors who started off his career as a model. I personally remember him from 100 Days My Prince where he had such wonderful chemistry with actress Han So Hee. He was also a cast member in the dramas Reflection Of You and Beautiful Love, Wonderful Life, where he earned the Best New Actor award in the 2019 KBS Drama Awards for the latter show. Some of his other drama appearances are Secret Boutique, Dear My Room, and Black.
4. Jin Kyung as Yoo Mi Ho
Yoo Mi Ho is Choi Sang Eun's apprentice who raised her ever since she was a child and only cares about money and spending it lavishly. She was a cold mother figure to Sang Eun and taught her everything she needs to learn in being a part of the chaebol world. While the two share a not-so-pleasing relationship with each other, it is undeniable how much they still somehow care for one another.

Hello to all the Extraordinary Attorney Woo fans out there! You may remember Jin Kyung as Attorney Tae Su Mi from that drama, who is the CEO of Taesan Law Firm and is also Woo Young Woo (Park Eun Bin)'s biological mother. She has a knack for portraying the selfish mother figure, I guess. Jin Kyung also made remarkable appearances in the shows Dr. Romantic, It's Okay, That's Love, Good Doctor, Pinocchio, Oh My Venus, and Uncontrollably Fond.
5. Kang Hyung Suk as Woo Gwang Nam
Woo Gwang Nam is the only son in his family, among many daughters. His father gave him the name Gwang Nam which means "light," for upon hearing the news of the birth of his son, he shouted, "I received the light!". Being the only son in the family, he has done all the things a father has dreamed of what his son would be doing—from participating in sports like taekwondo and boxing to joining the marines. However, he realized that he was gay and was never able to fully come out to his family. This leads him to reach out to Choi Sang Eun and avail her service from her marriage business to feel less guilty for his sisters because his father only focused on him. They eventually become besties and roommates after their divorce, and he shares the same dream with Sang Eun—to move overseas and start a new life where you can freely express yourself.

Kang Hyung Suk had his TV debut in the hit K-drama series, Crash Landing On You, as a North Korean solder in the show. He has made appearances in other famous dramas and portrayed scary characters like in Itaewon Class where he was one of the masked men who abducted Jo Yi Seo (Kim Da Mi), and in Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol where he played a creepy stalker. Despite this, he will make you fall in love with his character in Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, as Choi Eun Cheol who cutely had a little hard time reading Pyo Mi Seon (Go Min Jung)'s feelings for him!
6. Kim Hyun Mok as Yoo Jung Hwan
Yoo Jung Hwan is Kang Hae Jin's manager who takes good care of Hae Jin for his artist to continuously have a good image in the industry. He is in charge of providing tight security for his artist. Whenever Kang Hae Jin makes reckless decisions and actions, he is always there to save his day from countless rumors. He also looks after Jamie, Hae Jin's cat, at times.

Kim Hyun Mok is also a model and an actor. He once portrayed a bullied student from one of the cutest rom-com series, Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, and also had a cameo as a bus passenger in Goblin. In 2021, he won the Korean Fantastic: Fantastic Actor award at the 25th Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival for his role in Show Me The Ghost. His other drama appearances are in Extraordinary You, Start-Up, My Roommate Is A Gumiho, and Go Back Couple.
You can watch new episodes of Love In Contract every Wednesday and Thursday on Prime Video.
