Maggie Wilson is determined to bring another case to court.
On Instagram, Maggie exposed a couple of TikTok content creators for allegedly implementing a smear campaign against her. She is set to take legal action against the content creators who have been allegedly paid for the campaign, as well as the public relations (PR) company that supposedly led it.
She has encouraged everyone to take a step forward and admit their mistakes, also hoping to get more evidence for another legal battle.
"Please DM @iamtimconnor on Instagram with all screenshots of messages from your managers, friends, and others that instructed you on the campaign. Once we receive it, we will decide whether to include you in our legal action through the criminal justice system," she wrote in an Instagram story.
According to the screenshots posted by Maggie, the Facebook group chats "Bene Project" and "Second Video" were purportedly led by a certain individual named, Benedict Paredes. He was the one who sent a script to the other content creators and even coached them on how to make their videos believable.

With the tags, #LaggotSiMaggot, #AcasaManila, and #StopTheDramaMaggie, content creators have tainted Maggie's furniture brand as a scam.
In another group chat, it appeared that P8,000 was the supposed "talent fee" for each person who would post a video against Maggie and her company.
As of writing, most of the videos have already been deleted, but of course, Maggie was quick to reveal everything on her own Instagram.
One TikTok content creator, Rolyn Jay retracted his decision to continue carrying out the alleged smear campaign. He exposed that everything was scripted.
"Yes po, scripted po talaga siya. Meron po kaming iisang script. Isa ako sa nag-upload 'nun. Hindi ko agad na-realize na mali talaga siya. [...] And yes po, bayad po 'yun. Nag-reach out na rin ako kay Ma'am Maggie, and nag-sorry na rin po ako," Rolyn said in his video.
Maggie presumably linked the smear campaign to Rachel Carrasco, who is her estranged husband Victor Consunji's current partner. Maggie spotted Rachel's Instagram profile photo in all the photos that the content creators used in their videos. It appeared that Rachel was the one who took the screenshots.
"The same woman who filed a cyber-libel case against Tim and me is the same woman who sent those 'influencers' the screenshots (from her own account; you can see her IG profile picture to the bottom left) that were used in those videos," Maggie declared.

In August 2023, Tim Connor uploaded parts of a document that stated that a libel complaint was filed against him and that if proven guilty, Tim "must be held liable to pay exemplary damages" amounting to at least P10M.

Some influencers like Angel Dei, and Cosmopolitan Women of Influence 2023 Mela Habijan expressed their dissent regarding the incident.
"Watching Ms. @wilsonmaggie's IG stories and all I can say is... ANG LALA. Mga content creator sige lang ng sige basta may bayad," Angel said in an Instagram story.

Mela uploaded a video on Instagram discussing the impact of the alleged smear campaign against Maggie. Mela pointed out how it poses the threat of disinformation in our society nowadays.
"If this is proven true, this is clearly disinformation at work and we have to take it seriously," she began to say in her video. "How can we collaborate and create a community that safeguards and upholds truth?"
She called on all the social media platforms, her fellow influencers, and media practitioners to keep discussing the effects of disinformation. Mela stressed the fact that "influence is power" and can strongly affect lives.
"Influence is power. Credibility and integrity are crucial values in doing this craft. Hindi ito pera-pera lang, pagpaparami ng followers, or pagiging sikat. But to influence is to affect lives," Mela noted.
