It all started when a certain TikTok account @basicpinay posted a blind item about a certain TV host, who is believed to have a not-so-pleasing attitude IRL. It stated, "Da who. Female show host na kilala bilang masa at kalog, apaka-taray in real life. According to a clinic owner, banned na ang host from her business dahil walang respeto sa staff niya ito. Ang team ni host ang nakiusap sa clinic na baka pwedeng i-groom siya sa hotel niya before a shoot. Suplada, no eye contact, panay pintas at reklamo ang host despite na team niya ang nakiusap na last minute ex-deal services.

While the netizen who posted didn't name any names, netizens picked up on the clues and eventually guessed that it was Maine, who couldn't help but react herself. "Ako agad?" she clapped back. Oof!
