Netizens were super hopeful about Megan Young getting pregnant. However, today is another day that proves it's really not that nice to speculate about a woman's pregnancy. Fortunately, Megan was so chill about it.
Pregnancy comments about Megan were ignited once again when she and her husband, Mikael Daez, posted an Instagram reel about their recent beach trip. Megan was seen wearing a two-piece swimsuit in it. In the comments section, netizens began remarking how it looked like she was pregnant already, just because her tummy was not flat enough.
One netizen said, "Parang buntis na siya. 'Yung shape ng tummy niya *insert smiley here*" While others already went and congratulated Megan and Mikael after assuming that the beauty queen is now having a baby.

Apparently, days before the influx of comments about her supposed pregnancy, Megan had already debunked the issue at hand—and she did it in the coolest way possible.

In a separate Instagram reel, she had included a clip of her wearing the same bikini. A follower commented, "Preggy ka na Meg."
The beauty queen's response was, "Busog lang," and it came with a quite shy emoji too.
Megan Young and Mikael Daez's marriage
Megan and Mikael have been married since 2020. They first admitted their romantic relationship in 2017. At the time, Mikael revealed that they had already dating for six years.
About two years into being a married couple, Megan and Mikael created their own podcast, wherein they answer the most trivial questions about life, relationships, and everything in between.
It was also an avenue for them to respond to numerous inquiries about their life together. One of the most pressing matters that they always get questioned was about building a family or in other words, "When are you going to have kids?"
In 2022, the couple had the best response to this question. And the truth is, they're not actually in a hurry nor pressured enough. "If we'll have kids, then we'll have kids. If we don't, we don’t," shares the beauty queen.
"Some people are curious as to why that's our point of view because I guess it's not normal, or it's not like a common thing for couples to be like, yeah, we're fine even if we don't have kids," Megan declared. She also noted how Filipinos tend to have an traditional mindset when it comes to what makes a family.
As for Mikael, when it comes to pregnancy matters, it's all up to Megan, he says. After all, he's not the one bound to get pregnant and experience changes in his body. "You are the baby carrier and I'm just here to tell them that I'm here to support... We're kind of okay just coasting along living our life, and seeing what life throws at us," Mikael told Megan.
