Michael Bublé and wife Luisana Lopilato released a new statement on Friday to give an update on their 3-year-old son's cancer treatment. Speaking through a rep and Bublé's official Facebook page, the couple confirm that Noah, their eldest child, "has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy. He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us."
Noah, the couple's oldest child, has been undergoing treatment in the U.S. The couple announced his diagnosis in November and confirmed they had "put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well."
Bublé cancelled a performance at the BBC Music Awards in December and hosting duties for the BRIT Awards (set for this month).
