Here's Your *First* Look At The Candidates Of Miss Universe Philippines 2024

Miss Universe Philippines has *officially* introduced the 55 candidates who will be joining this year's competition during their Press Presentation, which happened on February 18, 2024. 

The beauty pageant has marked a significant shift towards diversity and inclusivity through several changes in its selection process. The removal of the age restriction, for starters, made all adult women eligible to participate, including pageant veterans such as Binibining Pilipinas International 2018 Ahtisa Manalo, Miss Intercontinental 2014 second runner-up Kris Janson, and Miss Intercontinental 2015 first runner-up Christi McGarry. 

With the new Accredited Partners Program, Pinays from Australia, Hawaii, United Kingdom, Virginia, Southern California, and more can also represent Filipino communities in different parts of the world. 

Michelle Dee's successor is set to compete at the 73rd Miss Universe 2024 pageant, which will be held in Mexico on September 28, 2024.
