Nadine Lustre’s life has gone through really, really tough times in the past few weeks.
The extremely private Kapamilya actress kept mum about the passing of her grandmother a couple of weeks ago. She only shared this beautiful snap of her lola, writing:
“Good bye lullabies.”
The On The Wings Of Love star revealed in an interview with ABS-CBN that she never had the chance to mourn her lola’s passing due to her super hectic work schedule. Putting on a brave face, she said, “They [her family] weren’t able to mourn—especially me ‘cause walang time. Well, it’s weird… pero walang time to mourn because I’m always working.”
It was also made known by ABS-CBN that Nadine’s mother, Myraquel Paguia, was recently hospitalized and is currently recovering from an undisclosed medical procedure. These family issues took a toll on Nadz which was made even more stressful by her online bashers. She shares:
"There were bashers na ang daming sinasabi na I owe it to them na mag-update ako—na parang I don't care about my fans. So para sa akin, it was really stressful. My mom was in the hospital. She had an operation. So I kind of—napuno ako.”
Nadine ended up writing this on her IG comments section:
“There's more to life than my Instagram account. My family, especially my mom needs me more than my Instagram. Family first people.”
