The 30-year-old is mom to super cute Amari, who turns three years old in September 2023. Speaking to Smart Parenting in August 2022, Coleen revealed that she keeps fit because she enjoys the process.
"I work out because I love to work out," she said.
A hands-on mom to Amari, Coleen tries to sneak in workouts whenever he sleeps. "When there are days when I'm not doing anything while he's napping, I'm working out."
