Olivia Rodrigo Announces Manila Leg of GUTS World Tour + Ticket Price
The 21-year-old singer-songwriter took to social media to post about the exciting news, writing: "MANILA!!! [star emoji] i’m soooo excited to visit the Philippines for the first time for a very special Silver Star Show on the GUTS world tour on October 5th, presented by American Express."
But—and this is a *big* but—the tickets, which are usually eye-popping for artists as big as Olivia, are only priced at P1,500 (!). If you're wondering why her tickets are priced so low, there's actually a special reason behind it.
Here's Why Olivia Rodrigo's Tickets For Manila GUTS Tour Are Only P1,500
According to Livies HQ, the official fan club of Olivia, the Manila leg is a Silver Star Show, which means that seating locations will vary and will only be revealed once the tickets have been claimed.
"All tickets for the Manila show will be sold as Silver Star Tickets, all priced at 1,500 PHP including taxes, with a limit of four (4) per purchaser. These seats will be located next to each other and the seat locations will be revealed when tickets are picked up in person after September 28," they wrote.
They also noted that the ticket sections within the arena will be issued at random, which means that you have a chance to get seats at the limited view, lower and upper box, or floor area!
All net proceeds for Olivia's Manila stop of the GUTS World Tour will go to Fund 4 Good, her "global initiative committed to building an equitable and just future for all women, girls, and people seeking reproductive health freedom."
This is not the first time Olivia publicized her stance on the issues surrounding women's reproductive health. A few months back, the 21-year-old singer-songwriter went viral for distributing morning-after pills and condoms at certain stops on the US leg of her world tour.
Tickets for the Manila leg of Olivia's tour will be available for purchase on September 14, 2024, at 10 a.m. The physical tickets can be claimed from September 28 to October 4, 2024, at any SM Tickets outlets. We're definitely setting our alarms for this!!
