The 97th Academy Awards have come and gone, but for this year's nominees, the celebration didn't end at the ceremony. Whether or not they took home an Oscar, they still walked away with the extravagant "Everybody Wins" gift bag, valued at nearly $220,000 or approximately P12.7 million, according to documents reviewed by CNBC Make It.
What's inside the 2025 Oscars Gift Bag?
The "Everybody Wins" gift bag has been an Oscars tradition for 23 years, presented to nominees in the four acting categories, the directing category, and the event's host. While not officially affiliated with the Academy Awards, the bag is curated by Los Angeles-based marketing company Distinctive Assets, which fills it with luxury products, lavish experiences, and exclusive services.
This year's bag was packed with over 60 high-end items, from deluxe vacations to indulgent wellness products. Here are some of the standout gifts:
- Nominees were offered a four-night stay at JOALI Maldives, valued at $23,000 (approximately P1.3 million), a five-night wellness retreat in Sri Lanka, and a $5,200 (approximately P301,000) stay at the five-star Cotton House Hotel in Barcelona.
- In light of recent Los Angeles fires, the bag included a one-year membership to Bright Harbor personalized disaster recovery support, plus 10 additional memberships to share with friends and family.
- $50,000 (approximately P2.8 million) worth of project management services from LA-based Maison Construction, which nominees could gift to a friend or family member.
- A VIP Family History Experience from AncestryDNA, worth $25,000 (approximately P1.4 million), where a genealogist built nominees' family trees and walked them through the findings.
- A three-piece best-seller gift set from Swiss brand INSTYTUTUM ($305 or P17,600) and an invitation to a $3,500 (approximately P202,700) virtual wellness retreat from 3D Wellness Retreats.
- A $240 (approximately P13,900) John Boos cutting board with a reversible design and a collection of film-inspired merchandise from Alamo Drafthouse Cinema ($400 or P23,100).
- Luxury pocket squares from Daniel Ashley Co., valued at $1,570 (approximately P90,940).
Who received the 2025 Oscars Gift Bag?
The "Everybody Wins" gift bag was given to the nominees in the four acting categories, the Best Director nominees, and host Conan O'Brien. This year's recipients included Best Actor nominee Timothée Chalamet and winner Adrien Brody, Best Actress nominees such as Demi Moore, Cynthia Erivo, and winner Mikey Madison, Best Supporting Actress nominees Ariana Grande and winner Zoe Saldaña, and Best Supporting Actor nominee Guy Pearce and winner Kieran Culkin.

While every nominee was offered a bag, not all of them accepted. "Last year the only person that we ended up not delivering to was Yorgos [Lanthimos] because he was heading out of town," Distinctive Assets founder Lash Fary said in a report by CNBC. "So we gave his to Greta Gerwig instead, who happily accepted it."
Even for those who didn't take home an Oscar, this extravagant swag bag made sure they didn't leave the season empty-handed.
