Yup, wedding fever is still on for Maja Salvador and Rambo Nunez. With a recap of their grand wedding, uploaded on Maja’s YouTube channel, we now see more details of the celebrations, some of which we did not expect it to be tear-jerking!
The two, who got married in Bali, Indonesia, shared an emotional and really fun wedding recap that included their secret civil wedding last February, their welcome dinner in Bali, and of course, some behind-the-scenes during the wedding day itself.
Aside from the star-studded wedding and the extravagant set-up, what will really capture your attention is how touching Rambo’s vow was to Maja.

Rambo talked about how destiny worked well for the both of them. “14 years ago, we started a relationship as a young couple. It didn’t work that time because we have dreams to fulfill individually for ourselves and our families. Luckily, 10 years after, destiny has given us another chance to continue what we started,” Rambo told Maja.
For Maja, she revealed in her vow that she almost gave up on love—but then, she met Rambo on a Monday, July 31st. It was the same date of their church wedding in Bali. "Sabi ko kay Lord, alam ko malakas naman ako sa’yo kaya maghihintay ako. Hihintayin ko ‘yung ibibigay mo sa aking taong totoong magmamahal sakin, yung totoong mag-aalaga. It’s July 31, Monday—‘nung araw na ‘yun nakita kita uli,” Maja said.
One of the best highlights of their wedding vows is Rambo’s promise of a complete family, not just to Maja, but to their respective families. “I promise that our mothers’ dreams to have a complete family will be achieved through us because we own everything,” Rambo said.
Maja and Rambo both grew up in families led by strong, single mothers. So this time, Rambo firmly envisions raising a complete family in the future—with him as the best father he could ever be. “I promise to be the best event organizer for our future family and the best influence marketeer for our children. I promise not to leave your side because we’re always going to be on the same side from now on. I promise to be the best father I never had,” Rambo promised.

The thought of having an incomplete family is one of the reasons why Maja got scared of marriage before. "Pinagpe-pray[ko] na magtuloy-tuloy na ma-bless ako ng isang magandang marriage para hindi ma-experience ng mga anak ko kung ano ’yung na-experience mommy ko," Maja said in an interview with Preview.ph.
It was Rambo who changed her mind about marriage. Now, it is Rambo who will make her dream of having a complete family come true.
The lovely couple are now aboard the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express for their honeymoon.

Maja, of course, is on her honeymoon break from work. But she said in the same Preview.ph interview, that she’s already considering some projects in the future.
We’ll surely be waiting for Maja to come back but for now—we wish Maja and Rambo an enchanting and romantic honeymoon across Europe!
