Ryan Bang and Paola Huyong have accomplished a new milestone as a couple, and we're so thrilled for them!
Ryan and Paola—who, by the way, met through their love for football—have been crossing out items on their travel bucket lists together. ICYDK, the two already have their fair share of domestic and international travels, which include Japan as well as Siargao.
In their latest post, not only did they visit South Korea together—but they also grabbed the chance to formally introduce each others' families with each other. Ryan shared on his Instagram account how delighted he was about their families meeting like that. What made the moment more special for him was that it was the first time in a while that he had dinner with both of his parents.
Ryan openly mentioned that his parents separated back in 2005, admitting that it was one of the reasons why he wanted to start anew in the Philippines. "Year 2005 [ang] isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit ako nagpunta ng Philippines ay dahil naghiwalay yung parents ko," he began in his caption.
As he created a career of his own in the Philippines, Ryan divulged how much he longed to be with both of his parents again on one occasion. Finally, with Paola's presence, he got what he wished for a long time.
Ryan narrated, "Araw-araw kong pinag-p-pray kay God na sana dumating ulit yung araw na magkasama ulit kami kahit sa isang dinner lang at ngayon answered prayer talaga na nagkasama kami ulit at ang pamilya ni @paohuyong. Wala talagang imposible kay Lord."
Ryan also shared what went on during the simple gathering through a YouTube vlog. Everyone was very much excited to have a meal with one another. Paola's siblings, her nephew, and her niece were also present during the first meeting.
In one part of the vlog, Ryan's parents were seen to be enamored with Paola's niece and nephew. This brought Ryan to humorously comment, "Paano 'yan Pao, gusto nila ng apo eh?" The room roared with laughter because of his comment, and Paola was just filming happily.
Paola's parents were also seen giving Ryan's parents gifts during the vlog. Paola's father noted that the gifts were tokens of family and friendship. Their fathers, along with Ryan himself, got themselves matching bracelets. Paola and Ryan's mothers then shared matching pearl necklaces and bracelets too. They're all so adorable!

Ryan publicly introduced his girlfriend during the opening night of one of his restaurants, Paldo, last February 2024. It was also the night when he revealed in an interview with ABS-CBN that he met Paola during a soccer match. And it was because of an alleged airdrop malfunction that led him to ask for Paola's number back then!
"Naglalaro din siya. Ako yung midfielder, siya yung striker. Pinasa ko bola sa kanya, tapos yung tao ko (staff) may nakunang video, naka-score kasi siya. Tapos sabi niya, 'Wow, first time kong nakunan ako ng video na may score, send mo sa 'kin.' Eh hindi gumagana air drop ko, send ko sa ano, ano number mo?" Ryan revealed in an interview. That's a smart, low-key move, if you ask us.
Now, they're achieving their goals together, whether it be for their careers or hobbies like football and traveling. Stay in love, Ryan and Paola!
