"How beautiful it is to feel contentment from such a pure, simple, and real space," she wrote at the beginning of her heartfelt message. "As I turn 31, I'm overwhelmed by a sweetness that flows from withing. I've come to realize that I don't need anyone but myself, and that no one can save me but me. This independence isn't a burden; it's a liberation."
She also dwells on what having true friendships means to her, especially during this time of her life. "Yet, amidst this self-reliance, I recognize my deep love for love itself—the joy of giving it and the warmth of receiving it," she wrote. "My heart fills with gratitude for the few real friends I've made, friends who have stood by me through my lowest lows and my most beautiful highs. You are treasures in my life, and your presence is a gift I cherish."
Sarah also reflects on how motherhood has become her sanctuary, likening it to the ocean. Just for some context, ICYDK, the mother of two celebrated her birthday with an escape to Palawan. "Being the mom of Zion and Kai fills my days with purpose and joy. We've carved out our paradise in the embrace of the ocean, a sanctuary we always return to."
