It all started with a post by DJ Tony Toni over the weekend congratulating his good friend and Boys Night Out co-host Sam YG for proposing to his girlfriend Joyce Pring. Tony writes:

“In 2016 The Philippines has a new President & a VP! But most importantly I'd like to congratulate @_samyg and @joycepring for finally making their relationship official on Facebook!! It ain't official till you announce it on FB!! You both deserve each other. Don't forget to put [a ring] on the left hand!!! Never would I have dreamt that you'd propose this quickly but as they say when you know, you just know!! Yes I will host your wedding!!!”

But a day after Tony’s greeting, Sam and Joyce, who were on vacay in Palawan at the time, both turned to social media and responded to the engagement rumors—and, tbh, they’re kinda keeping us guessing if the proposal is real or not.

Posting a pic with Joyce, Sam wrote: “Balita ko may chismis na kumakalat..Nagwwild na ba kayo? Kami rin nasa wild… literal!”

Joyce also took to IG and seemingly shut down the rumors: “Isang magandang umaga sa atin na mga naniniwala sa kahit anong makita sa social media.”

“Uy. Ano daw chismis?”

OK. Got it, guys.

But just yesterday, Magic 89.9 DJ Riki Flo posted a vid of Sam introducing Joyce to the ~world~ as his fiancée! In the short clip you can hear Sam say, “Guys, meet my fiancée, Miss Joyce Pring.” #sweet

OK. We’re confused now. So, Sam and Joyce, WHAT’S THE DEAL?!
