Yesterday, March 26, our fave Aries girl Kathryn Bernardo celebrated her 28th birthday—and in true superstar fashion, she did it in style! The celeb-filled bash, held in Kath’s resort Amara Boutique Resort, was attended by the actress’ fellow showbiz industry darlings, making the occasion truly one for the books.

Despite most of her dear friends flying over to Palawan to catch Kath’s party, one amiga of hers wasn’t able to make it, although she did post the *sweetest* greeting on Instagram to show how much she means to her.

I know deep in my heart that you are really an angel that’s why you’re so blessed and loved by many. Sofia and Kathryn first became buddies when they starred in the teen drama series Princess and I in 2012. They’ve managed to stay close over the years, celebrating ups and downs. Their bonding time includes everything under the sun: joint "me time" activities, relaxing foot spa sesh, wine nights, you name it! Oh, and Kath is also a godmother to Sofia’s daughter Zoe, whom she greatly adores.
