September is *raining* K-dramas and one of them is the Korean remake of Little Women. To add more excitement to this already highly-anticipated show, reports say that Song Joong Ki is set to make a special cameo!
Little Women is originally a classic novel written by Louisa May Alcott. It revolves around four sisters—Jo, Meg, Amy, and Beth—who are struggling in life because of their financial problems. The book had several adaptations and for its Korean version, there will be three sisters instead of four: Kim Go Eun plays the eldest sister named Oh In Joo, Nam Ji Hyun is the second child Oh In Kyung, and Park Ji Hu will portray Oh In Hye, the youngest among the sibs.

According to an article by Korea JoongAng Daily, Joong Ki will appear in the series since it's helmed by Kim Hee Won who also directed Vincenzo (where he played the titular character). ICYDK, the actor, along with the other cast members of Vincenzo, is close to Hee Won director-nim. There are no details yet about his role but we'll keep you ~updated.~

Apart from Go Eun, Ji Hyun, and Ji Hu, the cast of Little Women also includes Wi Ha Joon, Uhm Ki Joon, Uhm Ji Won, Kang Hoon, and Gong Min Jung. The drama will air on September 3 and you can watch it on Netflix.
Meanwhile, Joong Ki's next K-drama after Vincenzo is the revenge series The Conglomerate (formerly known as Chaebol Family’s Youngest Son) where he is paired with Hospital Playlist star Shin Hyun Been. The series will reportedly premiere before the year ends.
