Veteran actress Sylvia Sanchez is seriously giving off the ~biyenan goals~ vibe. From giving Maine Mendoza a bridal shower where she could meet and greet all the ladies in the Atayde family, she’s now giving assurance that she will let son Arjo Atayde focus on his new-found family life.
In an Instagram post days after Maine and Arjo’s Baguio wedding, Sylvia said, "Kailangan kong i-let go ang anak kong si Arjo dahil bubuo na siya ng sariling pamilya."
While it's natural for a mother to feel a mix of emotions when her child starts a new journey, Sylvia gracefully embraced the change, seeing it as a beautiful transformation in both her son's and her own life.
The official mom-daughter-in-law bonding has also begun, with Sylvia directly addressing Maine as Mrs. Nicomaine Dei Mendoza Atayde, welcoming her to the family with a big "yeyyyy!!!
We also think Maine is already acing the how-to-win your in-laws strategy.
“So happy and grateful to have you as my mom!!! Alam kong come hell or high water, nandyan kayo for me and Arjo. I love you OG, Mrs. Atayde,” Maine said in response to Sylvia’s post.
Sylvia's message to Maine was full of love and encouragement, saying, "You will surely enjoy the ride because now you're one of us na." Aww, isn't that the sweetest thing? It's all about growing together, supporting one another, and building an unbreakable bond as a family.
Cheers to Arjo and Maine's journey together, and to all the love and acceptance that makes a family truly special.
