If there’s one thing Taylor Swift and Alanis Morissette have in common, it’s that they’re brilliant at turning their heartache into good, angsty, well-written music. The unlikely pair rocked out to Alanis’ epic hit (and one of the greatest breakup anthems EVER, tbh) "You Oughta Know" during Taylor’s 1989 concert at the Staples Center. This perfectly-timed collab coincides with Alanis’ release of the collector’s edition of her album "Jagged Litte Pill," which came out a whole 20 years ago. Wow.
Taylor apparently CAN fangirl over someone. If that someone is Alanis Morissette.
Tonight. 'You Oughta Know'. @Alanis. I don't know how to process how amazing she was. Just absolutely magnificent. pic.twitter.com/yDhpaAszBU
