Xyriel Manabat is speaking hard truths once again. In a couple of now-deleted Instagram stories, the young actress had called out some unnamed disrespectful people around her.
"Let us all establish respect. Disappointing how elderly people, who we respect is very entitled," she began in her post. Xyriel continued, "How they can put words into our mouth just because they didn't get it their way."
Without naming names, the actress posted another IG story, shedding some light on some instances that recently occurred to her. Based on her post, it was a situation wherein someone was asking her for a favor, but she didn't like how she was approached. "Hinding hindi po ako hihindi pag nag ask po kayo ng favor AS LONG AS maayos po yung approach ninyo at hindi po nakakabastos po [sic]," she strongly remarked.
She explained that her actions are only based on how other people treat her. Xyriel stated, "hindi po ako maramot o umaayaw o humihindi nang walang rason. Marahil nabastos po ako o walang galang ho ang pag approach niyo."
This is not the first time Xyriel got real about experiencing unfavorable encounters as a celebrity. In May 2023, a netizen made an uncalled-for remark noticing her armpit hair—and she had the best clapback: "Uhmm coz tao ako? So what about it?"
