Pep. ph reported on the birthday post that Yen made public on Paolo's 40th last March. "Thank you for everything you do," wrote Yen in the greeting. She turned off the posts' comments section.
It's unclear when the said post went missing. On the other hand, Yen's most recent Instagram update might be a bit cryptic. The actress posted a selfie that says, "come what May," playing on the last word to welcome the new month.
As of press time, Paolo is following Yen on Instagram. His posts with Yen are still visible on his feed.

After years of speculation, Paolo confirmed his relationship with Yen in January 2023. He told talk show host Boy Abunda in an interview, "Sa amin kasi, kumbaga, what you see is what you get na naman, di ba? Hindi na namin puwedeng ipilit yung tao to be happy for us. Hindi namin puwede ipilit yung mga tao na paniwalaan yung gusto nilang paniwalaan. Sana isipin lang nila na kung ano lang yung nakikita nila na naka-post, yun lang yung truth na alam nila."
