There’s no such thing as "I have no time," CGs. If you want that sexy bod bad enough, you’ll make time for it. Here’s a quick workout we like to do every morning:
Light Jog
Time: 1 minute
Dumbbell Curls
Time: 30 seconds
Sets: 2 @ 30 seconds each

Invisible Jump Rope
Time: 1 minute
Sets: 2 @ 1 minute each
Glutes Lift
Time: 1 minute
Sets: 2 @ 1 minute each
Air Squats
Time: 2 minutes
Sets: 2 @ 2 minutes each

Push-ups
Time: 1 minute
Sets: 1 @ 1 minute each

Crunches
Time: 2 minutes
Sets: 2 @ 2 minutes each
