Our parents, Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin celebrated their second wedding anniversary! They married on March 31, 2022, at the Grand Walkerhill Seoul Aston House. It feels like yesterday when we were just shipping this couple to date IRL when they starred in the global hit K-drama, Crash Landing On You in 2019. (Flashbacks to all the Saturday and Sunday nights we've spent watching their onscreen romance blossom!)
In true Korean drama royalty fashion, Ye Jin wore various dresses for her prenup shoot and another set of gowns for her special day. Everyone talked about how gorgeous our Mom looked in every dress! We've also kept photos of her bridal looks on our Pinterest board for future reference. (Wink, wink!) We're pretty sure it's not only us who saw Ye Jin as the ~*standard*~ for classy, timeless wedding gown pegs.
When we first reported her bridal looks, we counted five dresses all in all. This includes frothy gowns from Vera Wang, Elie Saab, and Mira Zwillinger. We recently discovered (thanks to Ye Jin's anniv posts) that she was in two more dresses! It appears that we would always have to watch Ye Jin's Instagram account every time the BinJin couple celebrates their wedding anniversary. We know the whole wedding album is private, but us BinJin fans can't help but get kilig when we get never-before-seen photos of our Mom and Dad!

The K-drama A-listers had a lot of pre-wedding photo shoots, and we're here for it. Ye Jin wore different designer gowns, all of which had a hefty price tag. For a K-drama royalty like her, this move is highly expected! Here's a rundown of every wedding gown she wore!
Elie Saab Spring 2022 Ball Gown
This dress came straight out of a fairytale. The square neckline highlighted Ye Jin's perfect shoulders, and it had 3D floral appliques from the bust down to the skirt!
Vera Wang Haute Spring 2020 Camellia Wedding Gown
The dreamy lace wedding gown featured an asymmetric off-shoulder neckline and a bustier. The skirt was made with intricate floral lace with a sheer overlay.
Side note: Look at their happy smiles. We can feel the ~*love*~ just from seeing this photo!
Valentino Pre-Fall 2022 Wedding Gown
Ye Jin is the ambassador of Valentino, and the fashion house released a photo of Ye Jin wearing their wedding gown which was part of their Pre-Fall 2022 collection. It features a sheer top with floral embroideries and a tulle skirt.
Fun fact: Fans spotted Ye Jin had posted this particular shoot as an ad in her IG account before even revealing she was getting married to Hyun Bin! It was posted on March 5, 2022.

Mira Zwillinger Wedding Gown
For the ceremony, Ye Jin chose an off-shoulder gown from Mira Zwillinger. It had a bustier top with floral lace details, and the skirt was made with multiple layers of tulle.
Vera Wang Sage Green Gown
The bride switched to a colored gown for the reception. Ye Jin picked yet another Vera Wang dress, but this time it was in a sage green shade. It had a sheer lace top with cap sleeves and a tulle skirt.

On the BinJin couple's first wedding anniversary, Ye Jin uploaded a photo of them wearing their wedding rings! She's also spotted wearing an intricate off-shoulder lace gown with a long trail. We haven't identified the wedding designer label yet, but we're trying out best to track it down!

Vera Wang Haute Olympe Wedding Gown
Ye Jin shared a never-before-seen photo of her wearing a seventh dress! We're sensing she really loves working with the fashion house specializing in the dreamiest wedding gowns. According to Vera Wang's post, this dress is called the "Olympe."

Of course, a bride like Ye Jin deserved A-list glam. Her hair and makeup were done by her go-to glam team from Jennyhouse. Her hairstylist was Mijung and the makeup artist was Mujin.
The glam team chose a youthful makeup look for Ye Jin. They kept her skin glowing, creating an almost glass, porcelain base appearance. Ye Jin was also seen wearing her signature soft straight brows, and for her eyeshadow blush, they picked a mix of muted orange and pink colors so the makeup wouldn't overpower her delicate features. We're curious about her lip color—it appears to be a terracotta shade, an ideal lip color for those with warm tones.
