Whenever I go on vacation, my main agenda is to try out the food locals and tourists love. Of course, I do visit the sights, but I'm a foodie. I get to know the place by eating the food I see there.
I went to Baguio recently and tried the yummiest egg drop sandwich everrrr! I got it from Yolk, a humble food truck found located in Burnham Park.

I ordered the "Daisang" or Korean Spam Sandwich (P135). It has cheese, Spam, Nori, and ~special~ scrambled egg. All of these are sandwiched in butter-toasted brioche bread. It had homemade sesame aioli as a dressing which I wished I could buy a bottle of, LOL.

They told me I could upgrade my sandwich by adding Korean Egg Pancake (P35). It was the best decision ever!

To complete my experience, I had hot honey citron tea (P50) as my drink. It was a cold morning so I felt I was in a K-drama, having breakfast with my Oppa.

Other sandwich variants to try:
Jagpum - Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato (P135)
Dwaeji - Farmer's Ham (P120)
Gibon - Cheese (P110)
Dan - Peanut Butter + Strawberry Jelly (P90)

You can find the Yolk Food Truck at Burnham Park, Baguio City. They're open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can also order these sandwiches on Grabfood when you're in the City of Pines.
BTW, they have branches in La Union and Olongapo!
