NCT DoJaeJung is the fifth and latest sub-unit of SM Entertainment's idol group NCT. Comprised of Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo, the trio dropped their debut mini album Perfume on April 17, 2023. The EP contains six songs: "Perfume", "Kiss," "Dive," "Strawberry Sunday," "Can We Go Back," and "Ordinary."
The album sold over 672,300 copies in its first week of release, setting a new record for the most number of albums sold in the first week for a K-pop unit, and topped the iTunes Top Album Charts in 18 regions. The group also achieved first place in popular music shows during their promotions, and on June 8, 2023 Perfume was certified double platinum by the Circle Chart for selling over 500,000 copies.
So you can bet PH NCTzens were excited when a special fan-meet event (that isn't part of an international tour!) was announced. Titled NCT DoJaeJung's Scented Symphony: Perfume Fancon in Manila, the highly anticipated event will take place at 7:30PM on Saturday, June 24, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
