As mentioned earlier, fans should mark their calendars and make their way to the SM Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday, December 16, 2023. Gates open at 4:30PM!
How do I get a ticket for Penshoppe's CHANYEOL Fan Meet In Manila?
Registration for the event took place between October 31 and November 5, 2023. For lucky fans who managed to complete their registration, it all depends on your budget now. VIP and Patron purchased and claimed their tickets between November 13-19, 2023. For Lower Box, Upper Box, and General Admission, those seats are now up for grabs starting Monday, November 20 until Thursday, November 30. Shopping hours will be during mall operating hours, of course. Note: ALL attendees have until 4PM of December 16 (aka D-Day) to claim their tickets.
Penshoppe shared a detailed list of instructions on social media, but we've summarized it for you here:
- Visit the store you are registered with. Customers who are not on the store's masterfile will not be accomodated.
- Present your printed email confirmation (with the unique barcode) and valid government-issued or school ID for confirmation.
- When selecting your items, make sure you reach the minimum NET spend of your desired ticket tier.
- Upon checkout, ensure that your receipt has the printed promo code.
- Then go to the nearest SM Tickets branch to claim your ticket—simply present your receipt with the promo code!
If you cannot shop in person, Penshoppe will allow a designated representative to buy items and claim the ticket on your behalf. Make sure they have the following documents:
- Signed Authorization Letter
- Copy of Registrant’s ID (no need for the physical/actual one)
- Printed Secured Email Confirmation showing the barcode
- Representative’s ID
Penshoppe also sent out confirmation emails for the VIP and Patron waitlist on Tuesday, November 21 at 1:32PM. Additional details regarding the purchasing period were included in the email. Since waitlist slots are limited, they were sent according to the timestamp of your registration.

ICYDK, all tickets are seated! You must reach the following minimum NET amounts in a single receipt for each ticket tier:
- VIP - P7,600
- Patron - P5,000
- Lower Box - P3,000
- Upper Box - P2,000
- General Admission - P1,000
You are entitled to the ticket specified in your confirmation email only. Upgrading or downgrading tiers is not allowed. 1 transaction = 1 ticket / promo code. If you want to go with a friend, you need to do two (2) separate transactions at the cashier to get two (2) official receipts with the printed promo codes.

ALL attendees will receive at least one (1) postcard, an event poster, fan, banner, and souvenir card. Lucky raffle winners from Upper Box/Lower Box/Patron/VIP will receive a signed poster or a press conference slot. Raffle winners will be selected via electronic raffle draw on December 11, 2023, and announced on December 12 on Penshoppe's official social media accounts. They will also be contacted through their registered email address, Viber, and SMS and instructed on how to claim their prize.
