As also mentioned in the Forbes list, leading the market are the Sy Siblings, who have been responsible for the operations of the largest shopping malls in the country—which they inherited from their father, Henry Sy. At the forefront of the family empire are Teresita, Elizabeth, Henry Jr., Hans, Herbert, and Harley Sy.

But as a whole, their net worth is at a whopping $13 billion (P745,114,500,000.00). Today, the Sy siblings' empire stands as one of the largest conglomerates in Southeast Asia, according to Forbes.
