If your company has enforced a WFH setup, chances are, you had to transform your room into a personal office. Because of this, it may be hard to draw the line between your work and personal time since "alone time" is usually associated with your personal space. One thing that may help you distinguish your workplace from your bed is by sprucing up your desk with some essentials.
One thing that really helped me with working from home is investing in a laptop stand and a wireless keyboard. The combination of these two greatly helped me with my posture and lessened the ache in my neck and back. This is because I could still type properly while being able to see my laptop screen at eye-level without hunching over. It's a lifesaver, TBH.
