Every year, we cap off Women's Month with a night of celebrating the inspiring women of today. This year, we've chosen 12 amazing and influential Pinays who embody the strength and spirit of Girlhood.
Janine Gutierrez, AC Bonifacio, Maxine Esteban, Mae Layug, Chezka Carandang, Jo Sebastian, Dr. Issa Matibag, Ann and Billie Dumaliang, Charmaine de Leon, and Pat Lasaten and Agnes Reoma are the newest additions to Cosmopolitan Philippines' list of awardees—and they will have the chance to share how their platforms have been instrumental in empowering women across ages.

What is the Cosmopolitan Philippines Women of Influence campaign?
When we launched the Cosmopolitan Women of Influence campaign in 2019, it was our way of celebrating the strength of womanhood. What better way to mark Women's Month, right? Since then, Cosmo has been curating an annual list of fun, fearless, forward Pinays who have made their mark through their different advocacies.
The campaign went digital in 2020 when the pandemic had us all in lockdown and our awardees bolstered the spirits of their followers. In 2023, we returned with a bang and once again held a Recognition Dinner for our awardees. Last year, eight more empowering women were recognized for their work in different fields.
In 2025, we're recognizing 12 more Pinays who embody the strength and spirit of Girlhood—women supporting women, lifting them up, and creating connections through shared experiences.
What is the Cosmopolitan Philippines Women of Influence Recognition Dinner?
It's one thing to be recognized, but another to be celebrated. That's why since 2023, we've been gathering with our awardees and friends from the media for an intimate dinner to recognize and celebrate the different advocacies our awardees are fighting for.
This year, we will be holding our Recognition Dinner at Casa Buenas, Newport Resorts World. With our co-presenter Globe Business, our major sponsors EZ by Trust and Rexona, and special thanks to Sofy, our awardees will be given another platform to share their voice and prove exactly why they're the embodiment of Girlhood.
It'll be a night full of insights and conversations over good food and shared experiences—with a touch of glam ofc! Our awardees will share how girlhood has shaped their lives, defined their relationships, and led them to establish tight-knit, empowered communities. It'll be a night of celebrating the strength of womanhood. We can't wait to share the events of the night with you so stay tuned and watch this space for updates!
