* Restlessness and agitation
* Fatigue from lack of proper nutrition and hydration
* Excessive exercise
* Weighs self daily or a complete refusal to be weighed
* Disappearing after meals and excessive use of the bathroom (often to induce vomiting)
* Derogatory comments about oneself and her body
* Offers excuses during meals for not eating
* Self-critical
* Low self-esteem
* Difficulty identifying or coping with feelings
* Social withdrawal
* Depression and/or anxiety
