  • Insulin
  • Ready-to-eat Food
  • Whistle
  • Dust Mask
  • Spare Batteries
  • Utility Rope and Cord
  • Important Documents

Special Items for Babies

  • Diapers
  • Medications

For extra caution, we also recommend to include the following:

  • Photocopies of your valid IDs and other documents
  • Sanitary pads
  • Clean underwear
  • Blankets
  • Cash
  • A set of fresh clothes
  • A laminated list of emergency numbers
