Aside from assorted flavors of pan de sal (ube and matcha fillings, anyone?), another ~quarantreat~ that's always on our feed is the basque burnt cheesecake. It has a super creamy texture, plus the toasted top layer adds just the right amount of crunch you need in a dessert. You can choose to eat it alone, or with some fruits, syrup, and whipped cream!

Ingredients:
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose cream
- 15 grams cornstarch
Instructions:
- Mix 200 grams of cream cheese and 100 grams of sugar in a big bowl.
- Add your 3 eggs one by one.
- Pour 1 cup all-purpose cream and 15 grams cornstarch. Make sure to mix well.
- Carefully pour your mixture into a pan with parchment paper and place it in the oven. Bake it for 20 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius.
