How silog does it get? First up, it has Vigan longganisa smashed burger patties. Each pattie is perfectly seasoned, but its flavors aren't overpowering. (You won't get umay!) A silog won't be complete without a sunny-side-up egg with runny yolk that adds an extra layer of richness to the burger. It's a protein-packed burger that is both filling and satisfying.

Our favorite Pinoy brekkie touches are the atchara and banana ketchup aioli. The pickled green papaya and carrot relish perfectly contrast the longganisa patties in tanginess and texture.  The banana ketchup aioli completes the Pinoy taste journey with every bite.
