Burratas are a pretty big deal in my family, and in the past, no visit to Gino's Brick Oven Pizza was complete without *at least* one order. ICYDK, a burrata is a fresh, soft Italian cheese made from mozzarella, cream, and your dreams. It makes for a great appetizer, but honestly, it's more than enough on its own if you're just trying to satisfy a craving.
To celebrate their fourth anniversary, La Petite Fromagerie, a premier source for all-things cheese, contracted Gino's Brick Oven Pizza to gift the world with the Trufflata, a homemade burrata stuffed with LPF's out-of-this-world truffle cream cheese!
It's currently only available for pre-order, with each Trufflata priced at P395. You'll need to place your order at least one day in advance (via the Gino's Brick Oven Pizza website or La Petite Fromagerie website).
