It's made with Belgian milk chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, and white chocolate cream with wafers. On top, it's dusted with cocoa powder. Even if it sounds like a mouthful of chocolate, it's not cloyingly sweet!

Another chocolatey cake is the Black Velvet (P595/mini and P1,175/regular). This has layers of velvety chocolate cake with cream cheese filling, coated with luscious cream icing, and its sides decorated with bittersweet chocolate sprinkles.
