These Oreo Ice Cream Sandwiches Only Need *Three* Ingredients To Make

Cookies and cream ice cream is one of our favorite flavors so why not make your own version at home? One of our favorite food YouTubers, Nino's Home, uploaded a simple recipe that only calls for three ingredients. Apart from his recipe being super easy, the results are definitely ~aesthetically pleasing~! Check out how it is made below:

Oreo Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 8 Oreo cookies
• 1/8 cup condensed milk (you can add more if you like it sweeter)
• 200g Whipping Cream 
• 10 Oreo Cookies

Procedure

1. Take the eight Oreo cookies and separate the filling. Place the cream filling in a bowl and store the cookies in an airtight container.

2. Mash the filling and mix it with the condensed milk. Set aside.

   

3. In a separate bowl. whisk the whipping cream until it doubles its yield. (If you powered through Dalgona coffee, you could do this, too!) You may try this with a mixer as well.

4. Take the condensed milk mixture and top it on the whipping cream. Set aside.

5. Crush the 10 Oreo cookies, and add the crumbs to cream and condensed milk mixture. Fold everything in.

6. Transfer the ice cream mixture to silicone cups that are a bit smaller in diameter than Oreo cookies. Freeze for at least five hours.

   

7. Take out the ice cream from the mold and sandwich it in between the cookies.
