If there's one dessert I'll never get tired of eating, it's mango float. Composed of layers of condensed milk, mango slices, and graham crackers, it has everything I want in a treat: sweet, creamy, and with just the right amount of ~crunch~.
Another thing I like about it? It's really easy to make! I am, however, always looking for new ways to level up my ~food experience~, so when I came across this recipe for mango float ice cream cake roll (!!!), I knew I had to share it with everyone. Check out the steps below:

Ingredients needed:
- 125 mL all-purpose cream
- 1/3 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon crushed graham crackers
- 1 mango, diced
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine 125 mL all-purpose cream, 1/3 cup condensed milk, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1 teaspoon crushed graham crackers, and your diced mangoes. Mix well.
- Pour your mixture in an ice plastic bag. This will help create a tube-like shape.
- Place it in the freezer overnight.
- Take your cake roll out of the ice plastic bag the following day. Coat it with even more crushed graham crackers.
- Freeze the cake roll again for an hour before serving.
