First, there was sushi bake, and now, we're predicting another quarantine food trend that is about to be everywhere: Nacho bake!
What is nacho bake?
It's basically all the usual nacho toppings (ground beef, cheese, sour cream, beans, onions, and peppers) layered in a tray and baked until it gets gooey. Then, you take a chip to dip into (or scoop) the nacho bake. It's a dream come true for nacho and cheese lovers!
How can I make it at home?
As of this writing, there is no exact recipe for "nacho bake," but this ~*extra*~ nacho dip tutorial from YouTube channel See Recipe is the closest one we could find.
This one from Delish included the chips in the nacho bake—which makes it a hearty meal!
You may try these versions from Taste of Home, My Food and Family, Simply Stacie, and All Recipes, too.
Where can I order nacho bake?
If you have no time to shop for ingredients and make one on your own, you can satisfy your cravings by ordering at Nacho Bake on Instagram. Every order comes with a free tub of salsa and a bag of nacho chips. They offer three sizes: Medium (serves three to five, P800), Large (serves six to eight, P1,300), and Party (serves nine to 15, P1,800).
