If you're in charge of organising a much-needed girl's night in, you're going to need some gorgeous pink drinks to get the party started. First created by legendary bartender, Dick Bradsell, the team behind the fabulously floral rose liqueur Lanique have created their own version of the rose petal martini.
Ingredients:
- 25ml Lanique
- 25ml gin
- 25ml lychee juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- rose petal, to garnish
Method:
Pour all the ingredients (reserving the rose petal for garnish) into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake well, then strain into a martini glass and garnish with the rose petal.
Negroni al Savoia

A bittersweet take on a Negroni with smoke and spice.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Savoia Americano
- 15ml Mezcal
- 3 flakes of bitter cocoa
- red chilli, to garnish
Method:
Fill the bottom of a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice, then pour in the ingredients and stir with a cocktail stirrer. Pour into a low tumbler filled with ice to serve, and garnish with a red chilli.
Pink panther

This tall drink is giving us hard shake vibes and we're into it.
Ingredients:
- 30ml ADRIATICO Bianco Amaretto
- 30ml red bitter aperitif (or Campari)
- fresh strawberry
Method:
Mix together the ADRIATICO Bianco and red bitter in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the mixed liquid. Garnish with a sliced fresh strawberry.
Elderflower and rose Margarita

Florals, for a girl's night in? Groundbreaking.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Tequila
- 25ml lime juice
- 25ml Belvoir Farm Elderflower & Rose Cordial
Method:
Add all the liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker and stir to combine. Fill with ice, then shake hard for around 20 seconds. Wet the edge of a tumbler and dip into salt, fill with ice, then strain the mixture into the glass.
Opihr aromatic garden

A heady, spicy riff on a pink drink.
Ingredients:
- 40ml Opihr Aromatic Bitters Gin
- 15ml sweet vermouth
- 75ml cloudy apple juice
- 10ml pomegranate syrup or grenadine
- 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
- mint leaf and nutmeg, to garnish
Method:
Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with one mint leaf and a sprinkling on freshly grated nutmeg
Vitolo’s Mulberry Street Margarita

A sweeter take on a classic marg.
Ingredients:
- 50ml tequila
- 25ml lime juice
- 15ml triple sec
- 25ml prickly pear syrup or grenadine
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice, shake well, and strain into rock glass. Fill with ice and garnish.
