Maybe it's a top you've been saving up for or a lipstick that caught your eye on Instagram. Most of the time, however, you probably just want a ~*really good*~ meal, and if that's what your heart desires, you need to experience Putien.
Putien is a one-Michelin-star restaurant from Singapore, and they just opened their first Manila branch in Podium mall. When Cosmo got to try their food for the first time, one of the *highlights* was Putien's Black Pepper Crab.
