Being the cookie-obsessed person that I am, I am always game to try new cookie flavors. I want to educate my palate as much as I can. (Wow, a cookie connoisseur?)
My most recent cookie affair is from the well-loved cookie shop, Scout's Honor. ICYMI, they are now baking cookies with a local flavor twist! I'm also thinking that these new offerings would be an excellent merienda for my balikbayan friends who miss Pinoy flavors. I'm pretty sure you'll love them. Check them out below:
Scout's Honor Local Flavor-Inspired Cookies
Ube Langka
I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that this cookie is filled with ube halaya! Scout's Honor added langka and cheese for an intense mix of Pinoy flavors.

Champorado
If you like eating cookies for breakfast, you'll love the cookie version of champorado. It's a chocolate cookie topped with rice crispies in melted chocolate and dulce de leche. It also has dilis for that salty twist. Not feeling a savory flavor? Ask to have it served on the side!

Pili Pastillas
My favorite flavor in the new ~cookie collection~. It has caramelized pili and chunks of pastillas. I could never say no to that combo!

Each cookie costs P110. I recommend serving the cookies warm from the toaster oven (or air-fryer if you're feeling fancy). I shamelessly admit that I ate them for breakfast, merienda, and as a midnight snack.
You can order through GrabFood if there is a Scout's Honor branch near you or check out their website. Nothing beats visiting their physical store, though. If you have time, drop by their branches in Ayala Vertis North, Uptown Mall BGC, Santolan Town Plaza, and UP Town Center.
