Calling all Muggles—you can now live your wildest wizarding dreams in Harry Potter’s childhood home in Suffolk, England. The home featured in the movie series is available to rent on Airbnb for $142 or a little more than P7,000 a night (minimum of two nights).
The De Vere House was the fictional home of Harry’s parents, Lily and James Potter, where they were—uh, spoiler alert?—killed by Lord Voldemort when Harry was a baby. It’s located in the village of Lavenham, which has over 300 heritage properties and was part of the fictional village of Godric's Hollow, according to Newsweek. Before it was listed on Airbnb, De Vere House was a traditional bed and breakfast.
The house has two bedrooms, a courtyard garden, a reading room, and a dining room where you can enjoy a complimentary English breakfast. The Airbnb listing offers one bedroom for two guests, with access to the common areas of the house. Sadly no cupboard under the stairs—this isn’t 4 Privet Drive after all!
