Can you believe that it has been almost two years since the first and largest IKEA store opened its doors at the SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City? Yep, it has been two whole years of you going through the colossal store and buying stuff for your home.
At this point, all your home essentials are from none other than Swedish's famed furniture retailer. And if that's not enough, you can even get a home makeover or, heck, a whole home when you shop at IKEA.
IKEA is giving away a studio unit + home makeovers for its second anniversary:
Yep, that includes a condo unit worth P7,000,000. You read that right. The condo unit, which is a studio unit from Una Apartments by Arthaland, is the grand prize for IKEA's anniversary raffle promo.
Other raffle draws and prizes include a living and dining room makeover package; a kitchen makeover package; and a bedroom makeover package—all worth P100,000. Winners will be named on the respective dates: December 14, January 11, 2024, January 18, 2024 and February 5, 2024 (condo unit). So take note of the dates.
IKEA Family members with a single-receipt purchase worth P10,000 can join the raffle. Entries are done through Microsoft Forms to qualify. So if you aren't a member yet and you're planning to do a huge haul in the next coming days, preferably until January 31, 2024 you should sign up to be an IKEA Family member first (it's free!) if you want to enjoy these prizes. A customer can only win once!
According to their site, the handover for the prizes will not be later than June next year; while the studio unit will not be later than December 2028. Take note that property and real estate taxes upon turnover shall be shouldered by the winner (including but not limited to transfer of title, capital gains tax, and documentary stamp tax).
