KC Concepcion Gives A Peak Into Her Palawan Property
KC Concepcion On Why The Beach Came Before The Bag
Back in 2019, KC talked about her property in San Vicente, Palawan. She calls the island her second home. In her initial Instagram post about the beachfront place, she thanked her mother Sharon Cuneta, stepfather and former senator Francis Pangilinan, and her grandparents for teaching her sound financial advice.
She revealed that buying a piece of land was the first big investment they taught her to make, before shopping up an Hermès bag.
KC wittily wrote, “Although deep inside as a girl of course I wanted the BAG, I learned about 'delayed gratification' in order to afford the BEACH. Lol. What’s YOUR dream?”
KC Continues To Build On Her Dream
Five years and a pandemic later, KC shares the continuation of her dreams as makes new moves. On Instagram Stories, she offers us a personal look into what’s happening at her property.
We’re absolutely in *awe* at the view from KC’s Palawan place. We also love how she’s envisioning not just for herself but for important people in her life. She wrote, “I can’t wait to share this place with my special someone, and make new memories with family and friends.”

KC On Building Dreams Slowly But Surely
KC also gives good insights into how progress takes time. She wrote on her Stories, “ We do what we can with what we have, where we are.” It's a great reminder for when you're not quite there yet with your goals.

The humble and grateful KC didn’t forget to thank the people and professionals helping her. She also attributed the blessings from the Lord as she concluded the Palawan Stories update with a Bible verse.

KC Shares Her Love For Palawan
An interview with Pep.ph revealed how KC's Palawan venture was a product of hardwork, coupled with her love for the island. She said, “Right now, mahal ko po talaga ang Palawan, and isa po sa mga naging first purchases ko nung medyo tuluy-tuloy po yung mga commercials, tuloy-tuloy yung mga teleserye kaysa po sa mamahaling sapatos, e, yun pong ganung klaseng property.”
At that time, she wasn’t sure yet of what to do with the land. Yet, she continuously helped in promoting tourism to the island.
Go, KC! We are so excited for you!
