Is it possible to put elevators in your residential home? Obviously, yes, and there are several Pinoy celebrities who have taken the privilege to install elevators in their houses. Whether it's for convenience or luxury, we're all about the awesomeness of having an elevator at home.

1. Cheska Garcia and Doug Kramer
On top of our list is Cheska and Doug Kramer, whose luxurious family mansion became talk of the town. They have a 550-square-meter house and lot and it's everything they wanted and needed.
Cheska and Doug surely envisioned a big, happy family of their own. Now with three kids—Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin—a cozy and wonderful house would be one of the last pieces for their dream life.
In July 2019 Youtube vlog, the Kramer family shared the details of their mansion: a movie theater, a playroom, separate bedrooms for the kids, a homeschool area, and more. Another striking feature of their house is their white and gold elevator.
Doug, who was the most hands-on when it came to designing their house, revealed that the elevator was a tribute to his mother, Nellie Kramer. "She loves gold. When she comes here to the house, this is... 'Mommy, I got this because you love gold,'" the athlete-businessman shared in the vlog.
He also pointed out that the elevator was a good investment. "Later on, if I do decide to sell the house... the new owners wouldn't have to climb the stairs all the way to the top," he explained.
2. Kathryn Bernardo
ICYMI, Kathryn Bernardo recently opened the doors of their much-awaited dream home (fans actually call it "Casa Bernardo") in Antipolo. The whole Bernardo family had a wonderful housewarming party with family and friends. At this point, we're waiting for Kathryn's new vlog or post about the specifics of their spectacular abode.
Anyway, we spotted the elevator adjacent to a majestic wood staircase. It was reported that the elevator provides access to all three floors of Kath's house.
Probably unrelated to the elevator, but did you know that their house has an indoor slide made not just for kids but also for adults? Yup, Kath's friends, including Alden Richards, were spotted trying it during the housewarming party.
3. Camille Prats
Camille Prats did it all for convenience.
In a vlog with Bernadette Sembrano, Camille shared that one of the goals of their home elevator was that it should fit one wheelchair for emergency and medical purposes in the future.
She added, "And inisip ko, imagine [if] galing ako sa taping? Siyempre, kailangan ganoon 'yung planning mo, how you move [around.]" In the vlog, Camille and Bernadette even rode the elevator to see how it actually works inside a house.
4. Derek Ramsay
Netizens were quite surprised upon discovering that Derek Ramsay's house in Alabang, Muntinlupa City had an elevator. The actor shared that the elevator was not actually for him. But it was actually for his parents who might have a hard time moving up and down a staircase. Add to that the fact that he has a three-story house.
"Since may edad na rin po ang parents namin, we have an elevator to bring them up," he said in a vlog in 2020.
5. Sharon Cuneta
We all know the Mega Star Sharon Cuneta as a certified K-pop fan. She's a big SHINee fan, a.k.a Shawol. During the past few years, the veteran singer-actress openly shared about her K-pop collections—which we all envy. But aside from that, we are also jealous of her elevator at home!
But what can we say? She's the Mega Star after all. Nonetheless, the elevator wasn't entirely for luxury only. For convenience and safety, Sharon had an elevator installed in her house in Mandaluyong, made just for her mom. Back then, it was to help her mother easily move around the house.
6. Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi
Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi shocked fans when Carmina uploaded a video on Instagram that gave a glimpse at their residential home's elevator. It was back in January 2019 and Carmina and their son Mavy were up to surprise Zoren for his birthday.
So, aside from greeting Zoren with a happy birthday on social media, netizens flocked to the comments section to comment about their indoor elevator.

7. Vice Ganda
Vice Ganda owns the most spacious and amazing home that boasts a 1,300-square-meter floor area. It has a walk-in closet for the unkabogable star, an elevated swimming pool, and an elevator.
Being the loving daughter she is to her mother, Rosario Viceral, Vice declared that her mother was on top of her mind when she was planning the house design. The elevator was a perfect addition to their house for her aging mother.
To ease the stress and hassle of climbing up a staircase, Vice thought of putting an elevator for her mother. "May elevator kasi siyempre yung nanay ko kapag pupunta rito, sumasakit yung tuhod. Hindi niya na kakayanin umakyat kaya nagpagawa ako ng elevator for her."
8. Xian Lim
Xian Lim also has an elevator at home and it was also for an elderly member of their family. Xian has been open about living with his mother and grandmother.
In a 2020 Instagram post, Xian shared the happy moment of her grandmother riding their newly installed elevator at home.
"My grandma chose the room downstairs because she literally has hundreds of cross-stitch collections and she wants it all by her side. She goes up and down the stairs and ayaw magpapigil...even if I had set up her own room upstairs," he shared on IG.
Then he added, "A few months have passed and I finally decided to acquire this lift and I'm just so amazed with the final product.
