Can you believe that Scarlett Kramer is already a teen? We can't either! The second daughter of celebrity couple Chesca and Doug Kramer turned 13 years old on November 28 and she grew up so beautifully in front of our eyes. We're all emotional seeing another celeb kid we watched grow up now blossom into a teen—especially her parents! And in true Kramer fashion, they celebrated Scarlett's 13th birthday with a bang, just like they did with Kendra in 2022.

Scarlett's gets her first-ever Rolex watch
Like her Ate Kendra, Scarlett also received her first ever Rolex watch from her parents as their birthday present for her. Team Kramer shared this in their new vlog titled, "Scarlett's 13th birthday gift!" up on their YouTube channel. It has become a sort of rite of passage for the Garcia-Kramers because Chesca also recalled in the vlog that she coincidentally received her first TAG Heuer watch from her dad at 13 years old, too! Doug unintentionally continued the tradition with Kendra and then Scarlett, aww!
Unboxing her gift, Scarlett was very appreciative to receive a silver Rolex. Knowing her sense of style, Doug and Chesca made sure to choose a design that Scarlett could wear often. "I chose a silver dial for you, because I know that you love plain outfits like me," Doug said. The cheapest Rolex watch is priced at around $5,000—approximately P300,000. So depending on the model, they can range from P300,000 to P7,911,000.
Though of course, since a Rolex watch comes with a hefty price tag, Chesca and Doug immediately explained why they gift their children with these pieces. In the vlog, they say it's simply because these pieces are timeless and classics they can use for many many years to come. "A gift like this is you can say, timeless. It's an investment for them that they can use when they're not just 13." Doug explained.
"The reason why we give certain gifts, timeless ones, is because it's something that we want them to have all throughout their life." Chesca echoed. She added, "And maybe [even] become an heirloom that they can pass on to their children." Getting a bit more technical, Doug also noted that the watch market is very stable and increase their price over time.
"Something like a watch like this, it's something that you will take care of, I'm sure." Doug assured. "And you need to take care of it because it's something that you can have for a very, very long time," he reminded Scarlett. "Now we have to give a watch for Gavin also on his 13th." he joked. With Chesca chiming, "Kailangan match."
Scarlett made sure to echo that, promising that she would take proper care of the watch. Doug reminded her to be careful with the scratches, joking, " And don't be like your Ate." Cheske chimed, "Puro scratch yung watch." LOL! In case you're wondering where the Kramers sourced Scarlett's watch, they made sure to make a shoutout to James Dy, who helped them get the watch for Scarlett.
Chesca and Doug's 13th birthday message for Scarlett
On Instagram, Doug also penned a heartfelt message for Scarlett. Writing, "How is my baby doll 13 already?!" Adding, "Happy happy birthday to our sweet, athletic, feisty but beautiful baby doll! Even at 13, thank you for always still hugging and kissing papa. I love you so much sweetheart!"

Chesca took to Instagram to share her message for Scarlett, too. She posted a reel which consisted of Scarlett's photos throughout the years, with a caption that reads, "Happiest Birthday to my dear darling, Scarlett Louvelle, my Scarloe, my Dollett! I praise God every day for having such a wonderful daughter like you. You love to serve ithers and never hesitate to volunteer, whteher it's giving tours around campus, spending your Mondays at a children's home, or helping around the house. You are truly one of a kind, sweet in your own special way. I feel so blessed to call you my daughter."
She added, "Your creativity shines in everything you do. You see potential in things that others might discard, turning them into something beautiful and useful. You remind me so much of your grandmother! Our conversations are always profound and sometimes catch me off guard. You are sensitive to those around you and you always take the time to ask how we are doing." Chesca and Patrick Garcia's mother, Maria Celeste Dahlia Velasco, passed away on April 20, 2024 as confirmed by their eldest sibling Pichon Garcia.
Chesca ended her post, writing, "I celebrate you today! November 28 will always be special to me—the day God blessed me with you."

Scarlett also celebrated her birthday with a Princess Diaries-themed party at the Sitio Elena Events Venue. She donned a customized white frock by Mimi Lazaro, who already designed a dress for Scarlett when she was younger (she posted a throwback photo!). She was also the brains behind Zia Dantes' Colombian national costume for a school presentation.
Scarlett shared some photos of her celebration on Instagram, with a caption, "Me, 13? Shut up!"—a cute little reference to Mia Thermopolis!
