Bea Alonzo Can't Go *Anywhere* Without These 5 Travel Essentials

It's safe to say she knows the ins and outs of traveling smart, whether it's a long-haul flight or a road trip.

So during her cover interview—in addition to asking about her fave beauty product at the moment—we asked her what travel essentials she takes with her wherever she goes.

Here are Bea Alonzo's five must-have travel accessories:

   The first on Bea's list for her travel essentials are travel cubes. "Because you don't want a messy luggage, right? Lalo na kapag may mga surprise na pagbukas sa airport, 'di ba?" And it just so happens that she recently released a line of travel organizers under her new lifestyle brand, BASH. It quickly sold out online.
   
   During her cover interview with Cosmo, she told us a little more about why she decided to create her own. "I love to travel, as you know, and I wanted to create a line that would cater to my needs," she says. "And somehow I feel like my friends also have the same needs."
   
   As for what makes her line different from other organizers out there, she says, "It looks cute, it's not that expensive, but it's also very durable.

2. Passport holder

   When you fly in and out of the country as often as Bea does, it's important to make sure your passport is safe. You wouldn't want it to get folded, torn, or worse—have your private information stolen. Bea suggests to have a passport holder with you "to hold your passport just right."
   
   She didn't specify which exact one she uses, but this minimalist passport holder from Wanderskye keeps everything you need in one handy case.    Bea knows the risk of losing your luggage and valuables is all too real—and she's not one to leave it up to chance. She says she was gifted an AirTag and has been using it ever since. It's a great way to keep tabs on your suitcases, especially if you're going on connecting flights or going from one city to another.

4. Sunblock

   During her interview, Bea gushed about the Caudalie makeup remover she uses at the end of each day that works even on waterproof mascara. But for her daytime beauty routine, she always makes sure to apply sunscreen.

   "I think sunblock is very essential," she says. It doesn't matter what the weather is—it's a must. "Kasi when I went to Europe, it was supposed to be autumn pero sobrang sunny. But even if it's winter, you should always put sunblock."

5. Comfortable shoes

   "That's an essential," Bea says about having a go-to pair for walking around when you're on a trip. She couldn't name her favorite pair because, "It changes all the time."
   
   While we'll have to wait for her next travel OOTDs to see her current fave, we did spot her wearing the trendy Veja Campo Chromefree Sneakers in the Extra-White/Natural-Suede colorway on a trip to Lourdes in France with her mom.
